Step 1: Contact Us

If you’ve worked with us before, contact your Supply Account Manager. If you’re new, reach out to [email protected]. We’ll get right back to you to get started.

Step 2: Send us your product list
To get the most accurate bid as quickly as possible, fill out our form, send us photographs or send your own spreadsheet
with part numbers, quantity, and condition if you have them.

Step 3: Receive your bid
We will review your list and evaluate the gear to price it according to current market value. You’ll hear back from us in
24-48 hours.

Step 4: Send your equipment
Once you accept our offer, package up your gear and send it our way. Dedicated Networks pays for parcel and freight
shipping on purchased gear, unless otherwise stated. If shipping freight, our team will schedule a pickup time with your team.
If shipping parcel, we will provide our UPS or FedEx account numbers.

Step 5: Get paid
Get paid while your gear is being refurbished and sold to its next user, extending the product life and reducing waste in
our landfills!
