All of our equipment is visually inspected, tested for functionality, and reset to factory defaults unless it’s factory sealed or specifically noted as not tested.   • How do I sell to Dedicated Networks?
    Our selling process is easy. We buy networking hardware like switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points and controllers, and more. We will audit your gear and send a bid so you can get paid while we refurbish and repair to extend product life. We want your unwanted networking gear from brands like Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Brocade, HP, Meraki, Extreme Networks, Ruckus Mellanox, Aruba, A10 Network, Fortinet and more.

  • What is Dedicated Networks’ guarantee and return policy?
    Dedicated Networks provides a one year product guarantee on all our networking equipment. We take your success seriously. If your hardware does not meet your expectations, or you discover you ordered something you don’t need, please reach out to us. We are unable to provide, transfer or validate a manufacturer’s warranty on a product. We do not offer extended warranties. Click here to view our full return policy.
  • What testing details and other specs can I get on a piece of hardware from Dedicated Networks?
    All of our networking equipment is put through testing unless it’s factory sealed or specifically noted as not tested. We can provide you with test notes that include any console commands such as boot, software version, or inventory. Serials and pictures are available upon request, and we are typically able to meet those requests by the next business day or sooner.
  • Do you provide technical support or software upgrades/downgrades?
    When you buy a piece of refurbished hardware from Dedicated Networks, and have minor troubleshooting questions, we may be able to advise you to ensure correct usage. Your unit will come to you with the software that is installed on it. We will provide information about the software version on the unit. We do not install, upgrade or downgrade software. Select units are sold without software.
  • I’m selling. Will the information on my hardware be permanently erased before being resold?
    Yes. As part of our refurbishing process, all applicable hardware is reset to factory defaults to ensure no configuration data remains before going to the next user.
  • I’m selling. What are my shipping responsibilities?
    When we’ve made the commitment to buy pre-owned networking equipment from you, we will pay for the shipping and take responsibility for the scheduling. 
  • I’m buying. What should I expect for packaging and shipping if I place an order?
    We take great care in packing equipment to ensure safe delivery. For small parcel orders received before 4:00pm CST, same day shipping is available in most cases (excluding large piece counts or freight orders). We can ship upon receipt of a wire payment.
  • Are there any terms or requirements I should be aware of?
    If purchasing:
    In most cases, we require payment before we ship equipment. If purchasing with a credit card, we are only able to ship to the billing address associated with that card. International buyers are responsible for duties, taxes and custom fees.

    If Selling:
    If you’re shipping from outside of the United States, be sure to declare the value of the equipment as quoted by Dedicated Networks on the customs form.
  • How does Dedicated Network handle tax exemptions?
    Tax exempt resellers should contact us directly before an order takes place so that we can create a tax exempt account for you. We will need your company name and tax exemption document. You can contact us via the chat in the bottom right corner of our website, or by phone [763-233-7200].
