Paul and his father, Jerry Cullen, co-founded Dedicated Networks in 2005. He is now Chairman, acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO, and his influence permeates not only our company, but our entire industry. Paul spent most of his professional life as CEO of Dedicated Networks where he always strived to delight customers and be an employer of choice. His passion for long term relationships and building trust in the industry have shaped the company’s business practices. Paul’s leadership and long term mindset have allowed the company to scale operations to impact the market in far more meaningful ways than ever conceived. From a small startup in 2005, he grew the company to over 150 employees. As Dedicated Networks continues to grow, we contribute to a thriving circular economy by extending the life of more and more pieces of excellent equipment.
Paul still enjoys rolling up his sleeves and helping out as a subject matter expert on project work at Dedicated.

Beau Gulsvig
COO
Beau is a vital contributor in driving scale through systems and processes. He came to Dedicated Networks in early 2021 as a member of the Product Management team and has since been essential in the growth of our company. As VP of Revenue, he leads all Revenue functions including Product Management, Sales, Sales Administration, eCommerce, and Marketing. Throughout his career, Beau has specialized in product quality. Prior to joining the Dedicated Networks’ team, Beau spent 11 years at Andersen Corporation in engineering and quality management. As a leader in our company, he directly supports the growth and development of the people on his team. As an expert in his field, he has successfully created and implemented new technology systems. Beau’s leadership and expertise has enhanced operational processes at Dedicated Networks in recent years and he has been a key contributor to the success of both people and systems at Dedicated Networks.
Beau and his wife are proud parents and enjoy spending time together as a family of three (or four, when including their golden retriever!)
